  Too long of a wait for mediocre food
  
  The Cajun rice...awful
  Green beans...awful
  Chicken...good
  Biscuits...good
  Chicken sandwich...fake ad. It's a bait and switch tactic to lure Chick-fila folks, but they don't serve
  
  I literally almost barfed eating from the green beans and rice. AND I was VERY hungry which typically makes food taste better. Not the case here. Sweet heat sauce is nice for the chicken. That was the highlight

  I haven't had Popeyes chicken in years.  I have been seeing their television commercials lately and thought I'd drop in for lunch.
  
  This Barrett Parkway location is convenient for me, because I am in this area often, so I stopped by recently.  There were a couple of cars in the drive-through, a few cars parked in the lot and I had many parking spaces to choose from (nice).
  
  I parked and walked in and there was one man in line in front of me.  A moment later a man entered and got in line behind me.  The employees behind the counter were moving slow and did not seem energetic or happy.  Ok...
  
  After a few minutes, an employee came to the counter with a box, put it in a bag and placed it in front of the man who had ordered before me.  The customer looked at it and said "I ordered two of these."  At that point, the man behind me in line exited the restaurant, got in his car and left.  The Popeyes employee then said to the customer "You only ordered one of these."  The customer replied "No, I ordered two" and the employee responded with "No, you did not."
  
  At that point, I walked out the door.
  
  I don't understand why staff would argue with a customer instead of simply apologizing for whatever misunderstanding had taken place and correct the order as quickly as possible.

  This place is horrible seems to have no order ... The coke machine never works... you know how a few months ago the chicken sandwiches were very popular and u had to wait an hour ?? Yea it's that kind of wait without the sandwich

  This Popeyes has got to the one of the slowest restaurants ever.  It has never been a time since it opened that the drive through doesn't have an enormous line.
  Today sat for at least 20 minutes if not more and when I finally got my order it was not correct.  I didn't go back in because I didn't have additional time.

  I have visited this location several times now and there have been issues every time. The only reason I return is the quality of the chicken tenders, which are some of the best I've had in a fast food restaurant. The dining room is always dirty. Even when it's not busy, tables remain in need of cleaning. The soda machine is never running at 100%. It's been out of ice at least two times I have been there and once was out of several types of soda, I usually come during non-peak times so speed of service has been ok. This current visit they were out of biscuits , out of the buttermilk ranch dressing. I had to ask for a cup, a fork, the dips I ordered, and ice for the cup since the machine was empty. This location needs to spend time and effort in training employees better and keeping the location under close supervision until things improve.
